Coconut
Macaroons
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg whites until white and fluffy.
Mix in sugar, vanilla, salt and flour.
Mix the coconut in last.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until tops are brown. If desired, once the macaroons have cooled,
dip in melted chocolate. |
